1. About us

We provide a SaaS platform designed to support Formula Student teams in managing operations, documentation, collaboration, and organizational continuity.

2. Nature of the service

FSRace is provided as a cloud-based subscription service.
We host, maintain, and update the platform. Teams are granted the right to access and use it during the subscription period. No software ownership is transferred.

3. Responsibilities

We aim to:

  • Keep the platform available
  • Protect data according to our security practices
  • Provide support as defined in the agreement
  • Improve and maintain the service


Teams are responsible for:

  • Managing their users
  • Defining access rights
  • Ensuring lawful use of the platform
  • The accuracy of the data they enter


Teams remain the data controllers of their content.

4. Acceptable use

Users may not:

  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Disrupt or overload the platform
  • Use the service for illegal purposes
  • Copy, resell, or exploit the service without written authorization

5. Intellectual property

All rights, title, and interest in the FSRace platform, including software, branding, and materials, remain the property of FSRace Systems.
Teams retain ownership of the data they upload.

6. Service availability

We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical events may temporarily affect access.

7. Privacy policy

By using NextSaaS services, you consent to the collection and use of your data by our Privacy Policy.

8. Subscription & termination

Access to FSRace is linked to an active subscription.
If a subscription ends, access may be suspended.
Teams may request data export within a defined period.

9. Modifications

We may update or improve the platform and these terms as the service evolves.
When significant changes occur, users will be informed.

10. Privacy

Use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy and GDPR commitments.
